About Survey Solutions

Mr Gill Winfield BSc MRICS, is the Managing Director of Survey Solutions. He has been in the property profession for some 20 years and is a Chartered Building Surveyor. Gill is also SAVA Registered Home Inspector.

We operate in all areas of the mainstream building surveying profession, but specialise in the residential surveying market. We have a small dedicated team of surveyors backed up by professional support staff.

We are professional members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Association of Building Engineers (ABE).

We are also members of the SAVA Certification Scheme for Home Inspectors & Elmhurst Domestic Energy Assessors Accreditation Scheme.

Survey Solutions UK Limited is Regulated by RICS, and operates a Complaints Handling Procedure (CHP).
